in all the operations that bring the shoe (upper) just prior to final assembly. width: 45%;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"testo\">\n<h1>Processes<\/h1>\n<p>Our processes are divided into:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong> all the stages necessary to produce the upper, control of the various pieces, pressmark, skiving, gluing in glue, in the press and bonding hot of<br \/>\nany reinforcements<br \/>\nFurthermore we apply all possible parts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Edging: <\/strong> hemming uppers of all types of material using machines 1 needle, 2 needles, zig-zag, beading, fire brand.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Finishing: <\/strong> quality control of how it is assembled (fringed) the upper, cutting wires (tailor), canning.<\/p>\n<p>Among other available machining there are:<br \/>\n&#8211; Simple holes to pass the laces, eyelets, hooks olgo, washer rivet hooks, locks laces, loop for laces etc.<br \/>\n&#8211; Folding, apply hot tips with presses tips, application of adhesive pads, adhesive-backed foam, brush or spray, glue; for the inner liner also we work breathing membranes and blocking the water.<br \/>\n&#8211; We apply buttresses and garbasperoni (before shaping of the heel of the upper and then carry out the assembly sole with a specific machine)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"clearer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"prodottihome\">\n<div class=\"wrap\">\n<div class=\"testo\">\n<h1>Products<\/h1>\n<p>We work all sports&#8217;s products. <br \/>\nIn particular, we provide for Trekking shoes (rock and ice &#8211;
